Our Product team sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, technology, and delivery. We partner closely with clients and Codal’s Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI, Design, and Project Management teams to solve complex business and technology challenges. As a Technical Principal Product Manager you’ll serve as a senior product leader across a selected portfolio of technically complex client accounts, providing account and product oversight, strengthening executive relationships, guiding complex engagements, and identifying opportunities to expand Codal’s value through technology, data, and AI. This role does not replace the Solution Architect or Engineering Lead; instead you’ll bring sufficient technical depth to connect business objectives, product strategy, and technical decisions while keeping teams focused on delivering measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own product oversight for a selected portfolio of technically complex accounts, with accountability for client relationships, engagement health, technical direction, and growth.
• Serve as a strategic advisor who can effectively bridge business, product, and technology stakeholders.
• Proactively manage complex dependencies, technical risks, and escalations.
• Lead discovery and product strategy for engagements involving platform modernization, enterprise integrations, data, cloud, and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and AI leaders to develop executable product and platform roadmaps.
• Translate technical constraints, dependencies, and opportunities into clear product decisions and executive‑level recommendations.
