Principal Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end software development lifecycle for core WMS and TMS
• Lead architectural discussions to align software with physical operations
• Act as a strategic partner, understanding warehouse operations intricacies
• Manage the evolution from WMS to fully functioning WES
• Develop software architecture for advanced orchestration logic
• Ensure lab workflow requirements are effectively translated into code
• Oversee structured Alpha and Beta testing of software updates
• Implement change management protocols for software rollout across network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems
• 12-15+ years in strategic engineering program management or software architecture
• Expertise in modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile execution expertise
• Experience in designing scalable software systems for complex labor-automation routing
• Prioritization of technical software roadmaps with operations executives
• Proven mentorship skills in technical program leadership

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
