The organization is seeking a motivated, career‑focused, and customer‑oriented Principal Systems Administrator to join the team in Aurora, Colorado.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Perform day‑to‑day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems.
• Conduct Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Support escalation and communicate status to agency management and internal customers.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization; conduct system capacity analysis and planning.
• Support the dispatch system and hardware problems, remaining involved in the resolution process.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows (or other applicable) operating systems; install/load operating system software; troubleshoot; maintain integrity; configure network components; and implement operating system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 15 years of experience as a Systems Administrator on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) additional years of Systems Administrator experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.

Security Requirements

Current/Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
