Responsibilities

• Advocate for at-risk and wounded students
• Provide emotional support and guidance to students
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Support students in meeting academic and behavioral goals
• Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities
