Responsibilities
- Advocate for at-risk and wounded students
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Support students in meeting academic and behavioral goals
- Participate in regular meetings and professional development opportunities
