Principal Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst - Advanced Therapies
About the role
Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs, ensuring uninterrupted supply across advanced therapy modalities.
Execute master production scheduling (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites.
Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance metrics.
Generate dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools that communicate analytical insights and drive informed planning decisions.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, disciplined planning in alignment with GMP requirements and audit readiness standards.
Responsibilities

- Execute master production scheduling (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites.
- Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance metrics.
- Generate dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools that communicate analytical insights and drive informed planning decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, disciplined planning in alignment with GMP requirements and audit readiness standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline and 5+ years of supply chain experience.
- May consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management principles.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy manufacturing.
- Familiarity with the regulatory and supply chain considerations specific to advanced therapy modalities (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR).
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay
$78,700.00 - $150,600.00 annually
