Principal Supply Planning and Reporting Analyst - Advanced Therapies

About the role

Lead end-to-end supply planning for assigned Clinical and Commercial programs, ensuring uninterrupted supply across advanced therapy modalities. Execute master production scheduling (MPS), material requirements planning (MRP), demand management, and inventory management for assigned programs and sites. Build and maintain inventory reports accounting for complex manufacturing requirements, shelf-life constraints, and cold-chain considerations. Design and implement statistical models, simulations, and algorithms to forecast and quantify operational and supply chain performance metrics. Generate dashboards, data visualizations, and advanced Excel tools that communicate analytical insights and drive informed planning decisions. Support Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes by consolidating data and facilitating information flow across demand, supply, and integration functions. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, disciplined planning in alignment with GMP requirements and audit readiness standards.

Requirements

  • Senior Analyst: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline and 5+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Principal Analyst: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a science discipline and 8+ years of supply chain experience with demonstrated leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of MPS, MRP, demand management, and inventory management principles.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or advanced therapy manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory and supply chain considerations specific to advanced therapy modalities (siRNA, AAV, LNP, CRISPR).
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle ERP, Access Database, or SharePoint.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related software.
  • Experience with statistical modeling and simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

$78,700.00 - $150,600.00 annually
