Principal Specialist, Program Controls (MENA NASAMS) *HYBRID*

About the role

The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a MENA NASAMS finance analyst. The role is offered in a hybrid capacity (onsite & remote).

Responsibilities

• Implementation and Maintenance of Earned Value Management
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis
• Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
• Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.)
• Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)
• Support cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes
• Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR and Advanced degree and a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
