The Principal, Solutions Architect role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to define the future-state architecture for a high-growth technology environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing enterprise-level technical direction, guiding architecture decisions, and leading the development of scalable technology solutions.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to influence technology strategy, business decisions, and long-term platform direction.
  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor on architecture, scalability, security, and platform decisions.
  • Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
  • Contributing to a collaborative environment focused on modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.

The role requires:

  • An experienced technology leader with deep expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale systems.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering or related technology disciplines.
  • Strong expertise with major cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Deep knowledge of DevOps methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as microservices architectures.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable data platforms and integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies, machine learning, and AI concepts.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in greenfield environments is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred.
