The Principal, Solutions Architect role is based in the United States and offers the opportunity to define the future-state architecture for a high-growth technology environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing enterprise-level technical direction, guiding architecture decisions, and leading the development of scalable technology solutions.
- Partnering with senior leaders to influence technology strategy, business decisions, and long-term platform direction.
- Acting as a trusted technical advisor on architecture, scalability, security, and platform decisions.
- Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions.
- Contributing to a collaborative environment focused on modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
The role requires:
- An experienced technology leader with deep expertise in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale systems.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in cloud platform engineering or related technology disciplines.
- Strong expertise with major cloud platforms and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Deep knowledge of DevOps methodologies, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as microservices architectures.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable data platforms and integration solutions.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, machine learning, and AI concepts.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure automation and infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Experience working in greenfield environments is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or Certified Kubernetes Administrator are preferred.
