Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations leveraging ERP platform capabilities and limitations, and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits to uphold security protocols and industry standards.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development, client training, and internal capability building.
• Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
• Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements.
• Liaise with client business teams, advise clients, and build customer confidence through daily interactions.
• Track and review team deliverables and report to customers.
• Prepare proposals and effort estimates for upcoming projects.
• Present solutions in architect/design meetings and secure approval for deployment.

Requirements

• At least two end-to-end implementation projects, with at least one as Lead Solution Consultant, preferably at a client location.
• Experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP TM project implementations with TM-EWM integration.
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
• Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare/review requirement documents, functional specifications, solution designs, and project estimations.
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.
• Working experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Awareness of release governance processes and experience with incident management and test execution tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent team management skills.
• Experience working in a Global Delivery Model (GDM) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project locations.

Pay

Estimated annual compensation range for this role:

• In CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA: $114,000 to $167,000
• In Washington, DC: $106,000 to $147,500
