About the role

As a Principal SAP S/4 IT Analyst supporting finance Record-to-Report (R2R) processes here at Honeywell, you will leverage your deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA finance and management accounting modules to design, implement, and optimize enterprise financial systems that drive business efficiency and accuracy. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration and alignment of financial processes with business objectives, supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You will report directly to our Senior IT Manager and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX office on a Hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP solution design, configuration, and delivery with extensive hands-on expertise across core finance and controlling processes.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs using SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Design, configure and support SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules with a heavy focus on General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Period-End Close tools.
