Principal Salesforce Architect (CA)

About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice
• Collaborate to develop technical standards and architecture decision frameworks
• Manage architecture review process with validation checklists and guidance
• Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions
• Design end-to-end solutions for complex business problems
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Partner with data and integration architects to support seamless communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years experience as a senior domain or enterprise architect
• Experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect with Salesforce Connected Apps
• Led large-scale Product-to-Cash implementations from design to go-live
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging non-technical stakeholders
• Salesforce certifications preferred, including Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect

Pay

$153,000 – $170,000 annually
