Principal Revenue Solutions Architect
Your Role
ReSource Pro is seeking a Principal Revenue Solutions Architect to uncover, interpret, and translate complex client needs into highly configured solutions across our full business ecosystem - spanning Business Process Management, Technology, Consulting, Analytics, and AI/Agentic Operations. This role sits at the center of how ReSource Pro designs and prices its most important deals, working across carrier, MGA, and broker segments. Solution Architects are deployed from a shared pool by deal complexity rather than vertical alignment - going where the work is hardest.
What You Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree required; any field.
- 10+ years in solution design, pre-sales consulting, or operations advisory in insurance or BPO.
- Demonstrated experience designing multi-tower solutions in an insurance context (carrier, MGA, or broker).
- Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflow concepts in insurance operations.
- Prior experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and proposal development.
- Deep P&C insurance operations knowledge across carriers, MGAs, and brokers.
- Insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, AINS) preferred; technical or consulting certifications a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% domestically for client-site work.
Your Compensation
The salary range for this role is $124,049- $210,195 annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
