Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a tech or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to close senior and hard-to-attract candidates
- Experience in building and scaling recruiting processes globally
- Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
- Data-driven mindset with strategic use of recruiting metrics
- Skilled in utilizing generative AI responsibly to enhance recruiting efficiency
