About the role

This position is a Property Asset Management Analyst – Level 3 within the Northrop Grumman Space Sector. It is a hybrid role based in Aurora or Englewood, CO, with occasional travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare periodic and special reports on property and material.
  • Aid in the annual physical inventory activities (planning, execution, reconciliation, reporting).
  • Frequent interaction with both internal and external customers (government agencies).
  • Support various audits including but not limited to Property Management System Analysis (PMSA), Contractor Self-Assessment (CSA) reviews, Mission Assurance/Quality audits AS9100 audits, FIAR, Corporate internal audits, etc.
  • Maintain property accountability records, determine asset condition, arrange for disposal of surplus/obsolete property.
  • Assist other team members with additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts.
  • Or 9 years of relevant experience in property/asset management, logistics, supply chain and/or contracts if no degree is held.
  • Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Current and active Top-Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

  • Ability to interpret and formulate independent judgment based on federal regulations, FAR 52-245.1 and applicable DFARS clauses.
  • Experience with SAP environments.
  • National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certifications (CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM).
  • Ability to work occasionally irregular hours and travel.
  • Space/Defense Industry experience.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,600.00 - $128,400.00, depending on experience and qualifications. Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus may also be available.
