About the role
The Selling Partner Trust and Store Integrity (TSI) aims to ensure that bad actors cannot operate in Amazon's store while providing a safe environment for sellers to start and grow their businesses. TSI values diversity and works collaboratively to foster a culture where all employees can contribute effectively. This role requires a Principal Program Manager to lead the Account Health Assurance and Seller Challenge programs, which help sellers address violations and account suspensions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of a new seller remediation experience
- Set up a strategy for both programs, manage WBRs and VP-level reviews
- Partner with policy teams to review cases and implement process improvements
- Create mechanisms to efficiently identify and track improvement opportunities across multiple teams based on data and anecdotes
- Measure the impact of these improvements for all sellers
- Keep owners accountable to ETAs
- Analyze seller feedback and metrics to optimize appeal processes
- Support the scaling of the CF program
Requirements
- 7+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Qualifications
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget, and quality
- Preferred: Experience with Amazon's Seller Challenge program
