Security Clearance

Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience
• Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience supporting DoD development/production programs
• Experience with financial forecasting and risk & opportunity management
• Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP
• A strong desire to foster relationships that improve execution implementation
• Experience leading and mentoring peers and junior analysts
• Direct communication with Government customers

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate a cross functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions
• Develop, present and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE)
• Baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking
• Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio
• Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred
• Provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders and the customer community
• Effective and influential communication across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBU’s, Program Management, and Government counterparts)
• Partnering successfully and driving influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy
