Principal Program Cost Controls Specialist - P3 - HYBRID

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team regarding contractual EVMS submissions.
• Develop, present, and defend monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
• Baseline and incorporate regular scope expansion tasking.
• Support related financial forecasting for the portfolio.
• Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to Program and Business management, external stakeholders, and the customer community.
• Effectively and influentially communicate across all levels of the business (Functional Organizations, SBU’s, Program Management, and Government counterparts).
• Partner successfully and drive influence with program IPL and strategic partners regarding all aspects of program execution and strategy.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience in EVMS, Program Controls, or integrated cost/schedule management.
• Experience with MS Office.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
