Principal, Program and Project Delivery

About the role

Lead delivery of complex business and technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with client goals and delivery standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics, supporting modernization and transformation efforts. Drive project execution by coordinating resources, mitigating risks, and guiding teams through agile ceremonies and governance. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, applying agile methodologies and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery speed and quality. Contribute to business development through scoping and proposals, and mentor team members to improve delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering large, complex programs in consulting or enterprise environments, with success in enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills to influence technical and business audiences.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, project governance, and solutioning across data, cloud, and application layers, particularly on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams through SDLC, including cloud optimization efforts, with a focus on AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and foster continuous improvement.
