Job Summary

Lead and manage complex programs ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and governance.

Job Description

Drive end-to-end program management activities within the Program Management family. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals. Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones. Implement robust risk and crisis management strategies to mitigate potential issues. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Oversee benefits management to track and realize value delivered through programs. Ensure adherence to project governance standards and compliance requirements. Manage account growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts. Lead pursuit and proposal management efforts to secure new business engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating communication and expectation management.
  • Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives.
  • Cook up with various teams to ensure resource availability and optimal utilization.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
  • Drive benefits realization by tracking key performance indicators and reporting outcomes.
  • Ensure all project governance processes are followed including documentation and audits.
  • Lead proposal development activities including solution design and pricing strategies.
  • Support account management by identifying client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance program delivery capabilities.

Other Details

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
