About the role

Responsible for scoping, planning, executing, resourcing, and monitoring assigned projects to keep them on schedule and on budget. Monitor projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing the issue resolution process, and taking corrective action as necessary. Manage project scope and timeline. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups. Coach team members in Agile frameworks. Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration. Serve as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders). Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests. Coordinate onsite and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in the IT Industry
  • Experience in Banking/Financial Services Industry
  • Good understanding of Project Management Concepts
  • Experience in a Scrum Master role
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Knowledge of Project Financials and Budgeting
  • Good knowledge of Agile frameworks
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability
