Principal Product Security Incident Responder

Responsibilities

• Operate the company PSIRT and manage policies and tools for vulnerability resolution
• Oversee Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD) compliance with EU CRA notification timelines
• Lead the CNA program by managing CVE records lifecycle for public disclosures
• Direct responses to product cybersecurity incidents, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Maintain incident response playbooks to ensure rapid resolution of incidents
• Utilize AI-powered tools for automating vulnerability scoring and incident triage
• Align PSIRT operations with the enterprise CERT function for effective incident handling

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with specialized skills in PSIRT operations and vulnerability management
• Proven track record in leading a PSIRT function and coordinating customer-facing cybersecurity incidents
• Engagement experience with law enforcement and government agencies on sensitive cybersecurity matters
• Familiarity with CVE, CVSS, CWE, ISO/IEC 29147/30111 standards
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
