For our client, a leader in the Healthcare space, we are seeking a Principal Product Owner / Architect to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.

About the role

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a unified cross-segment product roadmap
  • Establish and uphold reference architectures and integration standards for all segments
  • Conduct workshops to resolve competing priorities and prevent duplication
  • Own the top-level product backlogs for shared platforms; ensure clear user stories
  • Lead architecture checkpoints and compliance reviews for initiatives
  • Translate product vision into actionable architectural roadmaps
  • Identify opportunities for reuse of components and patterns across segments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience in product management and/or solution architecture
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare IT, with knowledge of HIPAA regulations
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional product backlogs and roadmaps for multiple segments
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks
  • Strong knowledge in API design, event-driven architecture, and healthcare interoperability standards
  • Excellent executive communication skills for conveying complex product and architectural decisions

Pay

$172,200 – $236,900 annually
