What You'll Do At Pega Own creation of agentic AI sales enablement content that drives sales confidence Develop webinars, whitepapers, and case studies showing agentic AI business value Partner with product marketing on agentic AI messaging frameworks Support sales with custom presentations and collateral for strategic deals Monitor agentic AI trends, competitor positioning, and customer feedback Contribute to thought leadership through articles and industry events Who You Are Genuinely curious about how AI and automation are changing enterprise workAble to translate technical concepts into business languageEager to learn about agentic AI and how to market it effectivelyCollaborative with technical teams and customer-facing colleaguesDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple projectsSelf-motivated and resourceful What You've Accomplished 0-5 years of product marketing, marketing, sales, or product management experienceStrong written communication and presentation skillsAbility to explain technical concepts in a business context4-year college degree (BS or BA) or equivalent professional experiencePassion for emerging technologies and AI-driven solutions Pega Offers You Opportunity to work at the forefront of the agentic AI marketMentorship from senior product marketing leadersCompetitive compensation, benefits, and rapid career growthInnovative, inclusive, collaborative team environmentExposure to enterprise customers and shape how they adopt AI Additional Information Base salary range for this role is 100,800 - 153,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives. The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
