About the role

The Role We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to define the unified AI security and governance category and establish WitnessAI as its leader. You will own product narrative and positioning, go-to-market execution, and analyst engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Messaging and Positioning. Define category positioning. Develop the message house. Create evaluation frameworks buyers use.
  • Product Launches. Run launches end-to-market. We ship frequently. Own GTM for new capabilities from messaging to enablement to measurement.
  • Sales Enablement. Build materials that help reps explain differentiation and close enterprise deals. Training, talk tracks, objection handling.
  • Scale Thought Leadership. Create content that drives the pipeline. Whitepapers, solution briefs, web copy, campaign assets.
  • Market and Competitive Research. Buyer research. Win/loss analysis. Competitive intelligence.
  • Channel and Partnerships. Support partner marketing and co-sell motions with enablement and positioning.
  • Executive and External Presence. Lead analyst relations. Industry analysts are defining AI security categories. Get WitnessAI into the conversation and the reports. Support executive thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in full-lifecycle product marketing.
  • At least 5 years in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure.
  • You have engaged directly with CISOs, CIOs, or similar enterprise security buyers.
  • You've helped buyers understand a new problem.
  • You are a category creator.
  • You have a strong body of public assets/proof of work.
  • You have high agency. You see business problems and solve them without waiting for permission.

Qualifications

  • You have 8+ years of experience in full lifecycle product marketing.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure.
  • You have engaged directly with CISOs, CIOs, or similar enterprise security buyers.
  • You have helped buyers understand a new problem.
  • You have experience in category creation.
  • You have a strong body of public assets/proof of work.
  • You have high agency. You see business problems and solve them without waiting for permission.

Pay

$200,000-$250,000 (The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.)
