About the role

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager to help define and deliver impactful products that drive meaningful outcomes for our customers and business. This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to shape product strategy, prioritize opportunities, and bring new capabilities to market.

Responsibilities

  • Act as co-owner for revenue by product ensuring success from concept through to revenue attainment
  • Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key initiatives
  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality, user-centric products
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and data insights to inform product decisions
  • Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
  • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Collaborate with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure successful product adoption and positioning
  • Establish and track key product metrics to measure success and inform future investments
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment

Experience in cybersecurity, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS environments

Extensive experience producing high value product outcomes at multiple previous successful cybersecurity companies

Proven track record of owning and delivering products from concept to launch

Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority

Experience leveraging data and customer insights to drive decision-making

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences

Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with evolving priorities

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical product areas
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments
  • Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) or usage-based models
  • Background working closely with GTM teams on product positioning and launches

Skills

Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

Ability to work collaboratively across different departments

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Experience with product management methodologies and tools
