About the role
This role requires a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, ideally within a large-scale organization, and be comfortable working cross-functionally with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Talent Attraction and Candidate Engagement strategy
- Lead the development and implementation of the Global Career Site, Enterprise Assessment Platform, and multi-agent candidate experience
- Ensure seamless integration and operation of these platforms as a connected ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Marketing, and Sales to align on strategic initiatives
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in candidate experience
- Develop and maintain key partnerships with external vendors and agencies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in product management or a similar role
- Experience leading complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
