Passionate about creating visual customer experiences that push the boundaries at the forefront of Agentic AI? The North America Stores GenAI Evaluation Media (GEM) team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager - Technical to help shape the future of visual shopping experiences. We're building CXs and foundational capabilities to understand, enhance, and generate real-time GenAI imagery, videos and CXs that inspire customers and drive purchase confidence, towards our vision to be the leader in visual media.

About the role

We Work Backwards From The Needs Of Customers To Bring Structure To Ambiguous Problems. As a Principal Product Manager Technical On This Team, You Will Define the vision for your product space and outline a roadmap that has the potential to significantly impact Amazon’s business and customer experience. Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing senior leadership, peers and partner teams. Partner with scientists, engineers and UX designers to translate business and functional requirements into concrete deliverables, including the design, development, testing, and deployment of customer-facing experiences at scale. Drive data-informed decisions through customer research, behavior analysis, and performance metrics Manage prioritization and trade-offs for speed to market, performance, and features. Stay abreast with industry trends and GenAI offerings.

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience technical product management
• Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience leading cross-organizational programs and setting and holding teams and individuals to timelines and deliverables without explicit authority
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• 7+ years of end to end product delivery experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
