The Database Services team is looking for an exceptional product leader. This role is a rare intersection of UI/UX creativity, database foundations, agentic development, and scale across a fleet of millions of compute instances. We need someone who can reimagine the entire database lifecycle for the next generation of AWS builders. The challenge is to take complex database operations and make them intuitive and scalable. You'll define platform capabilities that operate at extraordinary scale, systems that manage millions of database instances. You'll design how we keep customers, both IT developers and AI-based agents, informed, ensuring they always know what's happening with their critical infrastructure. Most importantly, you'll give customers more control over their database experience—transforming what has traditionally been a source of anxiety into something they can confidently manage
