Principal Product Manager (Remote)

About The Role

We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager with strong experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG), construction technology, and AI-driven product experiences to own and scale our integrations ecosystem as a core driver of growth. This is a fully remote role. This role sits at the intersection of product, growth, and AI. You’ll define how our platform connects with key systems (ERPs, partners, and emerging AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude) to drive activation, adoption, and long-term customer value. You will have end-to-end ownership of integrations, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration. You will play a critical role in shaping how our product evolves in an increasingly AI-driven world. We operate in a fast-moving environment and expect our PMs to actively use AI in their day-to-day work to move faster, make better decisions, and keep pace with engineering.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience working in product management within a PLG or growth-focused environment
• Strong construction domain knowledge or experience working in construction technology
• Proven experience owning and delivering product integrations / APIs
• Strong track record of shipping and iterating on product features tied to adoption or growth
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in day-to-day product work
• Bachelor’s degree required

• The expected compensation range for this position is about $185k - $198k USD. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
