Principal Product Manager (OCI Strategy)

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and lead cloud infrastructure service roadmap for OCI’s strategic programs.
• Oversee the development and delivery of products and features acting as the primary technical point of contact for our internal engineering service teams.
• Establish and execute against core KPIs for area of responsibility, ensuring strong alignment with product growth objectives and customer success metrics.
• Collaborate across organizational boundaries to drive execution on complex, cross-team initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Passion for technical product management.
• Strong experience defining roadmaps, launching products, prioritizing requirements, and managing cloud services lifecycle.
• Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with internal, external product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders in all forms of communication.

Pay

Hiring Range in USD: $102,300 - $209,500 per year.
