We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to parse the posting: It includes description about company, mission, then "What You'll Do:" (responsibilities), "What You'll Bring:" (requirements/qualifications/skills), "How We Work:" (maybe not needed), "How We Reward You:" (benefits). Also there is mention of education & experience (maybe part of qualifications). Pay and Schedule not mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections.
We need sections: About the role (maybe a brief intro about role). Could use the opening paragraphs describing mission and role. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You'll Do:" items. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: from "What You'll Bring:" and "Education & Experience". Benefits: from "How We Reward You:" list.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to use for each section heading. Use
for each section heading. Use - for any list. Use
for prose.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Define and drive product strategy in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment, partnering directly with the leaders in Client Products, GMs, and the Corporate Strategy team to set direction for the Client portfolio." etc. We'll convert each bullet into
- .
We need to decide grouping: Could have sections: About the role (intro paragraph), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements?), Skills (maybe separate). But we should avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements, Qualifications, Skills into one section maybe "Requirements & Qualifications". But headings are fixed: we must use those exact headings if we include them. However we can choose to omit sections if no content. But we need to decide which headings to include based on content.
We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (What You'll Do). Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (What You'll Bring + Education & Experience). Benefits (How We Reward You). No Pay or Schedule.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. Could we combine Requirements, Qualifications, Skills into one? But headings are separate; we could still include each but risk thin sections. However each will have substantive content if we split appropriately. Let's see: Requirements could be the core requirements (track record, etc). Qualifications could be education & experience. Skills could be specific skills (financial acumen, communication, etc). That seems reasonable.
We need to extract specifics.
Let's parse the text:
Intro paragraph(s):
"Recognized as the No. 1 site trusted by real estate professionals, Realtor.com® has been at the forefront of online real estate for over 25 years, connecting buyers, sellers, and renters with trusted insights and expert guidance to find their perfect home. Through its robust suite of tools, Realtor.com® not only makes a significant impact on the real estate industry at large, but for consumers, navigating the biggest purchase they will make in their life, by providing a user experience that is easy to use, easy to understand, and most of all, easy to make decisions.Join us on our mission to empower more people to find their way home by breaking barriers to entry, making the right connections, and building confidence through expert guidance. We're seeking a Principal Product Manager to help set the long-term product strategy and vision for RDC's Client business. You'll work directly with the senior leaders across the organization, GMs of each business line to shape direction across a broad, diverse portfolio spanning both lead products (buyer and seller) and non-lead products (branding, promotions, and other brokerage software offerings). You define the strategic bets, build the business case, and hand off a clear, defensible roadmap for others to execute. This is high-ambiguity, high-stakes work. You'll define product strategy where no playbook exists, align senior stakeholders and make the tradeoffs that shape how the product portfolio scales as it grows. You operate at the level of an internal consultant: recognized by peers and leadership up to the executive team as a strategy driver, sought out for pattern recognition and judgment that spans the whole business, not just a single product."
That's about the role.
Responsibilities (What You'll Do):
List items:
- Define and drive product strategy in a high-stakes, cross-functional environment, partnering directly with the leaders in Client Products, GMs, and the Corporate Strategy team to set direction for the Client portfolio.
- Own the long-term strategic roadmap across both lead and non-lead products, translating business priorities into a coherent, sequenced portfolio that other teams build against.
- Define scope and sequencing, from minimum-viable strategic moves through long-term vision, and drive prioritization and tradeoffs across teams.
- Define and evolve the packaging, pricing, and tiering strategy that ties lead and non-lead offerings into one coherent, differentiated value proposition across client segments.
- Build the strategic and business case foundation for new commercial models and business opportunities, assessing the right to win before the business commits real investment.
- Establish success measures and an operating cadence - dashboards, reviews, and action plans - to track adoption, experience, and financial impact of the strategy over time.
- Prepare executive-ready materials including roadmap updates, decisions, and business reviews for leadership and governance forums.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, GMs, sales, and marketing, keeping complex, multi-team strategic initiatives moving without direct authority.
- Review strategic partnerships and where we buy, partner, or build, aligned to our highest-impact business areas.
- Act as an internal consultant across Client Product: bring the pattern recognition and cross-domain understanding that comes from seeing the whole business, not just one product, to help other teams see around corners.
- Represent Core Product Strategy in executive planning forums, present, defend, and sell the strategic vision, and adjust the plan when the evidence says to.
- Raise the level of strategic thinking across the broader Product organization; serve as a sounding board and mentor for other PMs working through complex, ambiguous strategic problems.
That's a lot.
Requirements (What You'll Bring):
List items:
- An established track record as a strategy driver, fully recognized by peers and leadership all the way to the ELT.
- A proven ability to define and set the “north star” on your own initiative, and a track record of successfully selling a strategic vision to skeptical stakeholders.
- Depth of understanding that spans the entire business, not just your own domain, enough to consult and collaborate anywhere in Client Product and spot patterns, risks, and dependencies others miss.
- Comfort setting direction amid high ambiguity across a broad, diverse portfolio spanning both lead-generation and non-lead software or subscription business models.
- A proven track record of gaining buy-in at the executive leadership level, and comfort independently driving cross-functional strategic decisions and escalations.
- Comfort building a business case in genuinely ambiguous, undefined problem spaces, you don't need an existing playbook to know how to structure the analysis.
- Strong financial and business acumen: P&L fluency, revenue and market sizing, and ROI/business-case modeling for new commercial models.
- Excellent communication: concise, decision-oriented storytelling and executive-ready writing and presenting, able to distill complex tradeoffs for GM and ELT audiences.
- Experience shaping new commercial models (subscription, cost-per-lead, marketplace monetization) is a strong plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of product management experience, including significant time operating at a strategic or portfolio level rather than single-product execution.
- Demonstrated experience partnering directly with C-suite or executive level stakeholders on strategy and long-range planning.
- A track record of shaping new business lines or commercial models with measurable P&L impact.
- Experience in real estate, marketplace, or B2B subscription/services businesses.
We could split: Requirements = the bullet list under "What You'll Bring:" (maybe first 9 items). Qualifications = Education & Experience bullet list. Skills = maybe the specific skill items like financial acumen, communication, etc. But those are already in the requirements list. However we can still separate: Requirements = track record, ability to define north star, depth of understanding, comfort with ambiguity, track record of gaining buy-in, comfort building business case. Skills = Strong financial and business acumen, Excellent communication, Experience shaping new commercial models (strong plus). Qualifications = Education & Experience.
But we need to ensure we don't lose any content. Let's allocate:
Requirements (What You'll Bring) first six bullets (track record, ability to define north star, depth of understanding, comfort setting direction amid high ambiguity, proven track record of gaining buy-in, comfort building business case). That seems like requirements.
Skills: Strong financial and business acumen, Excellent communication, Experience shaping new commercial models (subscription, cost-per-lead, marketplace monetization) is a strong plus.
Qualifications: Education & Experience list.
Benefits: from "How We Reward You:" list.
Let's extract benefits list:
- Inclusive and Competitive medical, Rx, dental, and vision coverage
- Family forming benefits
- 13 Paid Holidays
- Flexible Time Off
- 8 hours of paid Volunteer Time off
- Immediate eligibility into Company 401(k) plan with 3.5% company match
- Tuition Reimbursement program for degreed and non-degreed programs
- 1:1 personalized Financial Planning Sessions
- Student Debt Retirement Savings Match program
- Free snacks and refreshments in each office location
Also maybe "How We Work:" not needed.
Now we need to output HTML fragment with headings
and content.
We must not include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML.

Check that we haven't repeated job title. Good.
Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: we need to include all points from each category.
Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine the intro sentences into a coherent paragraph. We'll keep all details.
We'll need to be careful not to miss any sentences.
