Principal Product Manager

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Principal Product Manager to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution.

About the role

You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and manage execution for a significant AI portfolio area
• Develop PRFAQs based on customer needs and validate with enterprise clients before engineering begins
• Collaborate closely with engineering to own the PRD and ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle
• Engage with customers and design partners to integrate their feedback into the product roadmap
• Coordinate with various product teams to ensure AI offerings work seamlessly together and assess build vs. partner opportunities
• Support sales and GTM efforts by providing actionable insights and competitive positioning for the product
• Contribute to external communications, including analyst relations and marketing materials for AI capabilities

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, focusing on technical platforms like database or AI infrastructure
• Strong understanding of modern AI infrastructure concepts such as vector search and embeddings
• Ability to write PRFAQs and maintain customer-centric product development rigor
• Established engineering credibility and strong cross-functional relationships
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI models and building robust AI capabilities

Pay

$169,000 – $199,000 annually
