Responsibilities

  • Own the loyalty product portfolio, with a focus on improving relevance, conversion, and diner retention
  • Manage strategic partnerships that affect the diner experience
  • Partner with design to deeply understand diner needs and translate insights into clear, high-quality product experiences
  • Define success metrics and run a rigorous experimentation program to improve core outcomes including CTR, engagement, and conversion
  • Build alignment across engineering, design, data science, and marketing stakeholders; communicate tradeoffs and prioritization decisions with clarity

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of a high-traffic consumer surface
  • Demonstrated track record of improving conversion through experimentation and iteration
  • Strong UX sensibility and experience working closely with design to define and ship consumer-facing experiences
  • Data fluency with experimentation and analytics (for example: defining success metrics, designing A/B tests, interpreting results; SQL or equivalent analytics tooling experience)
  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or other consumer product environments
  • BA/BS required; MBA is a plus

  • New York: $193,500 per year
  • Illinois: $174,000 per year
