About the role
Join Micron Technology’s Data Center Business Unit (CDBU) and lead DRAM product strategy and lifecycle management for data center applications. In this highly visible role, you will translate customer needs into product requirements, influence roadmap decisions, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, and customers to deliver high-impact solutions that shape the future of data infrastructure and drive innovation in AI and high-performance computing.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive multi-year DRAM product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle execution
- Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and value propositions
- Serve as the DRAM product expert with customers and industry partners
- Lead demand forecasting strategy, including competitive analysis and market modeling
- Identify and integrate high-value AI use cases into product planning and workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 3–5 years of product management or product development experience in the semiconductor industry
- Experience defining technical product requirements and managing cross-functional execution
- Strong technical foundation in data center products or memory solutions
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach; apply artificial intelligence tools
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Master’s degree in engineering, product management, or related field
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and server ecosystem trends
- Familiarity with JAMA, JIRA, or similar tools for requirements management
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customer-facing experience
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance product management workflows
Pay
US base salary range: $141,000 – $319,000 per year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity. Individual pay is determined by work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
