Job Summary

At Navigate360, we deliver a layered, holistic safety ecosystem that integrates emergency response, alerting, visitor management, reporting systems, and coordinated safety workflows into a unified platform purpose-built for K–12 communities. Central to this vision is NavigateOne–our integrated platform experience that connects safety, behavior, intervention, and data into a seamless ecosystem for schools. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Campus Safety to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of our Campus Safety product domain.

Responsibilities

  • Translate enterprise product vision into domain-level execution
  • Ensure campus safety solutions lead the market independently
  • Strengthen and expand the value of the NavigateOne platform through deep integration, shared data models, and connected workflows
  • Define domain strategy
  • Drive measurable growth outcomes
  • Ensure campus safety solutions are interoperable, scalable, and platform-aligned
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of Navigate360’s Campus Safety product domain
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of Navigate360’s most mission-critical campus safety solutions:
    • Emergency Management
    • Visitor Management
    • HallPass360
    • Anonymous Reporting System

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker with a passion for education technology
  • Experience leading product development in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of K–12 education and safety needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
  • Experience in K–12 education technology or related industry preferred
