Job Summary

Central to this vision is NavigateOne–our integrated platform experience that connects safety, behavior, intervention, and data into a seamless ecosystem for schools. We are seeking a Principal Product Manager – Campus Safety to own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of our Campus Safety product domain.
Responsibilities
- Translate enterprise product vision into domain-level execution
- Ensure campus safety solutions lead the market independently
- Strengthen and expand the value of the NavigateOne platform through deep integration, shared data models, and connected workflows
- Define domain strategy
- Drive measurable growth outcomes
- Ensure campus safety solutions are interoperable, scalable, and platform-aligned
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of Navigate360’s Campus Safety product domain
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and business performance of Navigate360’s most mission-critical campus safety solutions:
- Emergency Management
- Visitor Management
- HallPass360
- Anonymous Reporting System
Requirements
- Strategic thinker with a passion for education technology
- Experience leading product development in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of K–12 education and safety needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience in K–12 education technology or related industry preferred
