About the role

As a Principal Product Manager at Research & Development, you will lead the development and execution of product strategies that drive innovation and growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define feature specifications and prioritize development efforts.
  • Work with designers to translate product vision into user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to gather insights and feedback.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure product quality through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to internal and external audiences effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching multiple products from concept to market.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management systems.
  • Qualifications

    Pay

    The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Schedule

    This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
