Principal Product Manager, AI Product

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI-powered product capabilities from concept to customer adoption
• Deliver enterprise-scale generative AI products into production environments
• Engage with customers to understand challenges and align products with healthcare workflows
• Translate AI advancements into applicable customer solutions
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful product adoption
• Drive product decisions based on customer needs and market opportunities
• Define product success metrics around customer adoption and business outcomes

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise SaaS, AI-enabled products, or technical environments; healthcare experience is a plus
• Expertise in building enterprise-grade AI, generative AI, and data products
• Proven ability to deliver products that achieve measurable business outcomes
• Strong technical fluency in modern AI systems and collaboration with engineering teams
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on product strategy and execution

$180,000 – $220,000 annually
