About the role
AWS Network Services is seeking an experienced leader in the Elemental Media organization to define product strategy and accelerate adoption of cloud services. This Principal Product Manager - Technical (PMT-ES) role involves owning and driving product management across AI and media offerings, from strategic vision through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, naming, and adoption. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop long-term roadmaps for strategic service initiatives, and define new features to meet emerging customer needs. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role interacting with all levels of AWS leadership.
Key job responsibilities
- Own complex services product development from strategic and product vision through feature definition, prioritization, positioning, naming, and adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams and develop long-term roadmap/vision for strategic service initiatives
- Define new features to meet emerging customer needs
- Own P&L, identify revenue drivers, and lead Go-to-Market priorities
- Work closely with and across agile teams
- Execute both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Basic qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working as a Technical Product Manager
- 5+ years of technical experience (software development, network development, IT, or other related fields)
- Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products with responsibility for the full product lifecycle, from concept through Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Experience in B2B sales
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
- Experience building large-scale machine learning and AI solutions at Internet scale
Pay
- USA, CA, San Francisco: $208,300.00 - $281,800.00 USD annually
- USA, OR, Portland: $181,100.00 - $245,000.00 USD annually
- USA, WA, Seattle: $181,100.00 - $245,000.00 USD annually
