About the Role

As the Principal Technical Product Manager for the AI Health Cloud, you will define and lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-powered healthcare platforms and analytics experiences. With 15+ years of experience driving complex technical products and enterprise-scale programs, you will shape platform capabilities, influence architectural direction, and drive high-impact execution across engineering, AI/ML, data, clinical, pharmacy, and provider teams. Your leadership will accelerate AI adoption across payer, provider, and pharmacy workflows, improving quality, compliance, clinical performance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evangelize the multi-year product vision for AI-driven healthcare analytics, workflow automation, and decision support across payer, provider, and pharmacy domains.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise priorities, CMS/NCQA requirements, and multi-stakeholder needs.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in generative AI, LLMs, agent-based systems, and workflow orchestration.
  • Provide senior-level technical direction for engineering, AI/ML, and architecture teams in building scalable cloud-native AI platforms.
  • Influence platform decisions around Azure cloud infrastructure, performance, scalability, and Responsible AI standards.
  • Own end-to-end product requirements across clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, provider processes, AI/ML use cases, and regulatory domains.
  • Translate complex user needs into detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive Agile execution at scale, ensuring high-quality delivery and predictable roadmap progression.
  • Ensure product capabilities comply with CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and internal Responsible AI policies.
  • Partner with compliance, clinical, and pharmacy leaders to support audit readiness, regulatory initiatives, and model governance.
  • Track emerging federal and state regulatory changes affecting provider, pharmacy, and payer workflows.
  • Champion the development of AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, care coordination recommendations, utilization insights, pharmacy adherence models, and workflow automation features.
  • Ensure outputs are explainable, actionable, and embedded into provider, pharmacy, and payer workflows.
  • Drive customer adoption and measurable business/clinical outcomes.
  • Serve as the principal product owner and primary liaison for engineering, clinical, pharmacy, and external provider partners.
  • Lead customer advisory boards and strategic partner engagements across payer, provider, and pharmacy sectors.
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and operational leaders.

Requirements, Execution & Delivery

Own end-to-end product requirements across clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, provider processes, AI/ML use cases, and regulatory domains.
