Principal Product Manager, Machine Health & Industrial AI Workforce
About the Role
We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead key initiatives across Machine Health and Augury’s emerging Industrial AI Workforce offerings. This role sits at the intersection of industrial AI, machine health, IoT, enterprise software, and operational workflows. You will define and scale products that expand Augury’s machine coverage while helping bring AI-powered experiences to reliability, maintenance, and operations teams. You will partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, GTM, Operations, and strategic customers to take products from concept through launch and adoption. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into scalable products with measurable customer impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and Scale Machine Coverage Strategy
- Own product strategy and roadmap for expanding Augury’s machine coverage across asset types, environments, and customer segments
- Develop scalable offerings that combine hardware, software, analytics, services, and AI
- Drive solutions that balance coverage expansion, diagnostic quality, operational scalability, and customer trust
- Build Industrial AI Offerings
- Partner with Engineering, AI, and Data Science teams to bring AI-powered workflows and agentic experiences to market
- Shape products that support reliability, maintenance, and operations workflows, including root cause analysis, asset strategy, and production optimization
- Translate customer pain points into scalable AI-enabled solutions
- Drive End-to-End Product Execution
- Lead product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, execution, launch, and post-launch measurement
- Align stakeholders across technical, operational, and commercial teams
- Deliver products that drive adoption, customer value, and business impact
- Partner Closely with Customers
- Engage directly with strategic customers and Design Partners to validate solutions and gather feedback
- Develop a deep understanding of plant operations, maintenance workflows, and operational challenges
- Build products grounded in real-world industrial use cases
- Shape Commercial Readiness
- Partner with GTM, Finance, and Operations teams on packaging, pricing, launch planning, and support models
- Ensure offerings are technically strong, commercially clear, and operationally scalable
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management or equivalent product leadership experience
- Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI, IoT, or data-driven products
- Proven track record leading products from strategy through launch and measurable impact
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, Design, Data Science, GTM, and customer-facing teams
- Ability to simplify complex technical and business problems into clear product decisions
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, operational technology, asset-heavy, or supply chain environments
- Experience with AI/ML products, workflow automation, predictive analytics, or agentic AI systems
- Experience with hardware/software platforms, sensors, IoT, or edge technologies
- Experience partnering with strategic customers or Design Partners to develop new offerings

Pay
The pay range for this position in Colorado, California, and New York City is $215,000 - $250,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, and experience.
