Principal Product Designer (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Principal UX Designer (IC) to lead high-impact design initiatives across our product ecosystem. This is not a management role. You will be a hands-on design leader—owning ambiguous problem spaces, defining UX direction, and delivering scalable, AI-first experiences.

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, with strong enterprise or SaaS background
• Proven track record of delivering complex, data-driven product experiences
• Deep expertise in data visualization, analytics UX, and decision-support systems
• Strong experience designing AI-powered or AI-assisted user experiences
• Demonstrated ability to create and scale design systems
• Exceptional systems thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong critical thinking—you challenge assumptions and define the right problems
• Able to operate with high ownership and autonomy in fast-moving environments
