Key job responsibilities

  • Chart and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences through the use of video for different customers and pages
  • Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences and monetization strategies
  • Obsess over your customers and work backwards to define tenets, customer experiences, long-term goals, focus areas and key success metrics.
  • Develop and present working backwards documents and product plans
  • Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating your vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience technical product management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
  • Experience with video ad serving and ad delivery
  • Experience working on shopper facing products
  • Experience with video driven shopper experiences
