  • Lead performance processes (e.g., calibration, promotions, performance management) to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coach managers on feedback, accountability, and team effectiveness, strengthening leadership capability across the organization.
  • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment, balancing business outcomes, employee experience, and legal considerations.
  • Partner with People, Talent, and Workplace teams to execute programs and ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle.
  • Identify and address emerging risks (e.g., attrition, performance gaps, engagement) and ensure follow-through on mitigation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and strong background in People Partnering, ideally in a fast-growing technology company.
  • Experience partnering with product, engineering, or technical teams is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes and make decisions grounded in tradeoffs.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, ambiguous problems and define clear, actionable paths forward.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and guiding decisions through strong perspectives and judgment.
  • Experience handling sensitive people matters and partnering effectively with Legal.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to bring clarity and alignment.
  • Ability to lead initiatives across teams, maintain momentum, and ensure outcomes are delivered.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, creating structure, and driving alignment across stakeholders.
  • Highly emotionally intelligent, self-aware, and skilled at building trust.

Qualifications

  • Ability to diagnose organizational health trends using data and qualitative insights, and define actionable recommendations.
  • Experience leading performance processes and managing employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience with employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Understanding of organizational design and workforce planning.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
  • Experience with performance management tools and systems.

Benefits

  • Competitive pay and comprehensive healthcare benefits.
  • Financial assistance for things like hybrid work, family planning, along with generous parental leave, flexible time-off policies, and mental health and wellness resources to support your overall well-being.
  • Participation in learning, development, and recognition programs to help you thrive and grow.
  • Commitment to DEI through ongoing initiatives and employee resource groups.
  • Volunteering opportunities to make a difference.
