Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic, data-driven HR counsel
- Own the HRBP relationship for global client groups, proactively identifying needs and surfacing opportunities
- Translate business priorities into effective people strategies for organizational design and talent development
- Lead high-impact initiatives, such as organizational redesigns and succession planning, from concept to execution
- Utilize data and insights to diagnose issues and recommend solutions, preparing executive-ready reports
- Advise on performance management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness while balancing business needs
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver tailored, high-quality HR solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; equivalent experience accepted
- HR certification preferred
- 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience specifically as an HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders
- Ability to function as an independent senior-level HRBP with strong accountability
- Experience in high-growth, complex global organizations where strategic, hands-on HR is essential
- Prowess in advising and influencing executives while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong business acumen linking people strategies with business objectives
