HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with client groups as a trusted advisor throughout the employee lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks in people management
• Develop AI-powered HRBP workflows and lead their implementation
• Act as the HRBP team's Center of Excellence connector for templates and materials
• Manage employee relations tasks during team absences, such as investigations and conflict mediation
• Create and iterate AI tools to enhance HRBP efficiency
• Own and manage HRBP's emergency response playbook and exit projects

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HRBP roles and AI/automation implementation
• Comfort with AI tools and ability to create solutions independently
• Broad understanding of various HR practices including performance and employee relations
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with senior stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication skills for effective mediation and facilitation
• Data literacy for analyzing people data and making informed recommendations
• Familiarity with HRIS and experience in change management
