Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of a comprehensive training strategy for account management teams
  • Translate complex healthcare dynamics into actionable learning experiences
  • Develop a competency-based curriculum covering the full employee lifecycle
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate strategy, product knowledge, and selling skills in training
  • Define training success metrics aligned with account performance and impact
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership and assess external consultancy needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or commercial enablement roles
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and organized customer environments
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with senior-level audiences
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Proven project management capabilities for handling multiple priorities
