Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution of a comprehensive training strategy for account management teams
- Translate complex healthcare dynamics into actionable learning experiences
- Develop a competency-based curriculum covering the full employee lifecycle
- Collaborate across teams to integrate strategy, product knowledge, and selling skills in training
- Define training success metrics aligned with account performance and impact
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership and assess external consultancy needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or commercial enablement roles
- Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and organized customer environments
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with senior-level audiences
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness
- Proven project management capabilities for handling multiple priorities
