Description We are seeking an experienced senior program manager to help drive strategic production and technology initiatives across our creative, post-production, and production organizations. This role will help develop operational mechanisms across the respective region Production/Post Production teams and communicate transformational initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to creative and production leadership. Key job responsibilities Develop and execute operational mechanisms across the relevant regional Production/Post Production Operations teams. Develop a multi-year roadmap with internal stakeholders for high-impact strategic projects spanning technology adoption, process transformation, and operational efficiency Collaborate with leaders across creative, production, post, VFX, and innovation teams to identify strategic initiatives and develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap Partner with the IO-PV Creative team to identify high-impact automation and GenAI opportunities that advance the growth plan Lead the implementation of Creative workflow tools, from strategic planning through execution, to streamline processes and improve creative output delivery Serve as a change management advisor for teams introducing new technology, helping them navigate organizational impacts with minimal disruption and accelerate adoption Assist the Production Innovation Team evaluating emerging technologies and developing business cases and implementation strategies for high-potential investments Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence Establish program governance frameworks, success metrics, develop and deliver required reporting for executive stakeholders Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders with clarity and precision Internal Job Description BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 5+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience Experience in a studio, production company or television network 7+ years of progressive technology implementation experience Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production, or creative department or company Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or degree in advanced technology Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or above in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or experience in defining and creating benchmarks for assessing GenAI model performance 5+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting, or 3+ years of senior leadership experience Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing 4+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP certificate and 2+ years of program or project management experience 3+ years of entertainment deal making, representing or working for a major scripted production company, studio, network, record label, or music publisher experience Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
