Principal New Product Lead

Architect and drive enterprise-wide supply chain strategies for multiple advanced robotic product portfolios.

• Define and implement transformational sourcing approaches that revolutionize technical capabilities while optimizing cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional organizations to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment.
• Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation and performance.
• Influence senior leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
• 12+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale.
• Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction.
• Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence at executive levels.
• Global supply chain leadership expertise.
• Demonstrated success in driving large-scale cost optimization initiatives.
• Track record of mentoring and developing senior leaders.
