Senior New Product Lead

Key job responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for advanced robotic product portfolios
• Implement sourcing approaches that advance technical capabilities while optimizing cost efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment
• Develop risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems
• Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation and performance
• Influence leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
• 8+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing
• Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management
• Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction
• Track record of contributing to technical product development programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Negotiation skills with proven ability to influence leadership
• Demonstrated success in driving cost optimization initiatives
