You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and technical vision for creating innovative robotic solutions that redefine industrial automation.

Responsibilities

  • Arcitect and drive enterprise-wide supply chain strategies for multiple advanced robotic product portfolios
  • Define and implement transformational sourcing approaches that revolutionize technical capabilities while optimizing cost efficiency
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional organizations to drive product development from conceptualization to scaled deployment
  • Develop comprehensive risk management frameworks for complex robotic supply chain ecosystems
  • Build and maintain strategic supplier partnerships to accelerate product innovation and performance
  • Influence senior leadership on strategic direction and investment decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
  • 12+ years experience in technical/commercial sourcing in high-volume manufacturing, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Experience in strategic supplier/supply chain management at scale
  • Technical background in robotics automation and new product introduction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Master's degree or above in robotics, mechanical/mechatronics engineering, systems engineering or related field
  • Proven track record of leading organizations through technical product development
